Sun Willows All-Time list

Here is the All-Time list for the Sun Willows 5k course. Sun Willows has been the site of the Washington State Meet since 1988, and has been running a ~5k course since 1997. There have been some changes resulting in a significantly slow course a couple of years, but this post will only deal with the raw times run (stay tuned for a course-adjusted look later today).
