Updated Yankton Trails (NXR-HL) All-Time List

Brief history: Unlike several of the other courses, the site of the NXN Heartland meet doesn't really hold any other national-class meets. Though it has always been a flat/fast course, it is worth noting that the NXR course has changed slightly over the years, originally having hay bales to mimic the NXN Nationals course, and was reportedly 85m short in 2016 (according to Wayzata's XC site). I have no official confirmation on that assessment, and this post isn't going to distinguish what might have been a poorly laid out course that year from any other based solely on rumor.

Important note: Standards for these All-Time lists are based on what the course runs like in "good weather" years - in the Heartland's case, that is based on the last two years, which have been notably faster than previous years (whether due to getting rid of the hay bales, or better weather, or better competition, or a shorter layout)
