(note: there are some good 3A WESCO programs, but the district doesn't appear to be consistently 5-6 teams deep across most sports while still sending 4-5 teams to state)

Spokane) out of District 1 and #22 Peninsula and #27 Bonney Lake out of the Southwest. Three of the Top-8 would be missing, as well as #11 Cheney... that's a lot of the better teams sitting at home.
