Updated LaVerne Gibson All-Time XC List (Girls)

Brief history: LaVerne Gibson has been the site of the Indiana State Championship since 2004 (though the girls ran 4k until 2007), and NXR Midwest since 2007. Unfortunately, unlike most of the other regional sites, it has not hosted a large mid-season invitational until the last couple of years (which hasn't really taken off yet), and the weather has been extremely variable over the years, both of which combine to result in a much shorter All-Time list than one would expect for a region so deep and competitive.
